Acclaim is Messing UpAsura VGM team is short handed at the moment, a new VGM shall arrive this week to help us all out. I also transferd from nirvana to asura team to help out. But if it's about account related problems there is no use in blaming a VGM for the simple reason that only a GM can answer that question and fix account problems.
Also if i look at the time sheet for asura all VGM who login atleast stayed 1 hour so dont put up anything here without hard facts and evidence.
Now i will enlighten you on what a GM does all day while you all complain they are doing nothing.
First off they have to read thousands of email's you all send and filter them. Meaning removing the fake reports from the real, and the usefull from the useless (Example: Why isnt my char taller? <-- useless question and yes they get those type of questions). Not to mention that they have to translate alot of emails because the english typed doesnt make sense, this happens because people from all around the world play this game and not everybody can use english as good as the other. Then they look into the problem of the email and try to get the problem resolved as fast as possible.
Second they are also very busy with getting the new map done in time for release together with the development team among things. They also communicate back and forth between Indy21 and Acclaim.
Third they are trying to find reported bugs, check them, and try to fix them. VGM help them with this when requested.
Fourth they have to deal with the VGM aswell, when they report spammers, macro users, nuker spot users, people who need a chatban, people who need items removed. Also to answer questions the players have that a VGM cant answer right away to the player before asking the GM.
And this is just a small list of what they do. Dont think they aren't busy because they are. And because a few good collegue's left them like Bluflash, the current GM team has even more work to do, to fill up the gap.
